Public Analyst Ron Ennion spoke at a recent Food Standards Agency course for food businesses in Northern Ireland. "Food labels - What You Need to Know" took place on 24th January and covered the new Food Information Regulation and the use of Nutrition & Health claims on food.
Many changes are currently taking place to food labelling legislation and our public analysts have been busy advising businesses and enforcement authorities on how to comply with the new rules.
