PASS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mary Butts as a Public Analyst, she will join the team based in Wolverhampton.
Mary began career as an Analytical Chemist with Zeneca Agrochemicals before moving to the Public Analyst Lab at Somerset Scientific Services in 2000. She worked there as an Analytical Chemist specialising in Instrumental Trace Analysis until the labs closure in 2012. She then moved to Minton, Treharne and Davies as a Trainee Public Analyst in 2013 where she gained her MChemA qualification in 2016.
Nigel Payne, Operations Manager for PASS, says “we are thrilled that Mary has joined the Public Analyst team and look forward to working with her in providing an efficient and professional service to the many local authorities we cooperate with”.
